To receive full parts warranty coverage for your system you will need to fill in this Parts Warranty Form and send it back to Go Solar Inc.  The SUBMIT button at the end of this form will send your warranty information directly to Go Solar Inc. The RESET button will clear this form and allow you to re-enter your warranty information. Use the Tab key and mouse - not the Enter key - to move from one field to another in the warranty form. If you inadvertently submit an incomplete warranty form just go back and submit a new copy. If you decide to FAX or mail this information then print the form out and fax or mail to the location shown on the Contacts section of this website. In accordance with Go Solar Inc.
